Over the last few weeks I’ve photographed, babies, families, a marriage proposal, and also levitation picture (still to be edited), all in my ninth month of pregnancy, daily expecting to go into labour.
Today I’m going in to be induced, so I really won’t have much time to do much for a wee while, so I thought I’d quickly share my images for Rosa’s shoot before I sign off.
Rosa is an old friend and colleague who I met here in Spain when I first arrived 10 years ago. Rosa is now living in London, but as she’s from Spain was due visit to see friends and family.
As she doesn’t have the sea outside her window anymore it seemed natural to suggest doing a beach shoot, as well as the fact that Rosa has an amazing body and I knew that she’d been working out since living in London.
Naturally having your photo taken in a public place in a bikini is pretty daunting, but fortunately, it turned out to be a fairly windy afternoon which kept the beaches free of on lookers and also served a fabulous wind machine.
We had about an hour to work with as the sun set down over the beaches of Puerto Banus and Rosa followed all my directions beautifully, looking relaxed, calm and confident, even though she won’t mind me telling you she was as nervous as hell, and who can blame her.
It was a pleasure to take her photograph and look forward to taking more next time she’s over.
